PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Nestled away on a quiet, leafy road close to Quex Park sits this attractive three double bedroom family home.

Approaching this row of white-painted houses you will be immediately taken by their attractiveness; kerb appeal is so important when looking to buy that forever home and this house certainly has it. So why not pull up onto the drive, park the car in the garage, kick off your shoes in the porch and enjoy your new home.

The lounge/diner is neutrally decorated with its dual aspect letting in lots of light, illuminating the fireplace and making the home bright and airy. The dining area to the rear looks out over the pretty landscaped rear garden, which in turn backs onto a paddock, so your outside space is not only incredibly peaceful but also not overlooked. You will spend your Summers here with the barbecue going and a glass of wine in hand. A fitted kitchen and useful toilet. complete the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs are three very well proportioned double bedrooms, so no arguments between the children about who gets the smaller room! A newly refitted bathroom has Jack and Jill sinks, ideal for those busy mornings when everyone is rushing to get ready for work and school!

Brunswick Road is ideal for those who need to be only a short walk away from the village shops and transport links to the Thanet towns and London beyond. The beautiful Quex Park is almost on your doorstep with its cafes, walks, craft shops and garden centre.

What the Owner says:

I bought this property as a family home and it has been a wonderful place to live. Everything is on my doorstep!
The house is solidly built and has suited our needs for many years. Over my time here I have extensively updated and improved the property, including a hard-landscaped rear garden, complete with raised beds and feature planting as well as a brand-new bathroom suite.
As a family we love going to the beach in the Summer and the sea is only a short walk away. Quex Park is also incredibly close, with its beautiful walks and activities so we truly have the best of both worlds.
We will really miss our home and all of its charm but hope that the new owners fall in love with it just as much as we did when we first walked through the door.
