Next to here is the large front bedroom. This is a light and airy room of comfortable size and with a pleasant outlook up the cul-de-sac. Moving to the rear this room is almost duplicated but here the picture window gives an open view out towards Shire Hall and the surrounding hills. Thankfully, the monstrosity that is Shire Hall remains hidden so as not to spoil things.

Finally, there is the bathroom. This is again what we have come to expect, nicely tiled and with a suite comprising of hand basin, lavatory and bath with electric shower over.

Stepping out of the back door we find ourselves on an area of decking which stretches across the full width of the home as an attractive sort of terrace overlooking the main garden. The garden itself is a little overgrown, but nothing a sweaty afternoon would not cure and the perimeter fence could perhaps benefit from a bit of renewal. Allowing for this, the current owner has provided the necessary replacement panels ready for fitting. Also accessed via the decked area is the detached garage, with its separate power supply feeding both lights and two sets of twin plug sockets.
