This is just about the perfect one bedroomed flat. Firstly it almost 600 sq. ft, which is bigger than many 2 bedroom flats, plus it is only one of 3 one bedroomed apartments in the development. There is one other one bedroom flat in the block the same size as this one. The other one is significantly smaller.
The owner loves it here but has changed jobs and is relocating. He has extended the kitchen units and tiling plus having Serenity fitted sliding wardrobes installed in the bedroom.
As comfort it still has 6 years left on its Premier 10 year New Home Warranty.
Whilst there is barely a need for a car in this town centre location, there is dedicated car parking space-worth its weight in gold in a town centre. There is also a lockable bike store in the block.
The flat oozes style: Ash veneer solid front door, quality integrated appliances in the kitchen which has quartz composite worktops and upstands and grey wood style bevelled laminate flooring throughout. The bathroom has Hansgrohe and Crosswater fittings and Ceramic tiles. With Adax Neo Slimline radiators having built in day and night time temperature reduction settings, low voltage downlighters and double glazed windows the flat is very economical to maintain. Being part of the Bournemouth and Poole conurbation, there are endless eateries. In Ferndown town centre there are great fish 'n chips at Karsbergs, the Joy Indian restaurant is highly recommended and excellent breakfasts can be had at the Flying Teapot. Bentleys restaurant, part of the Dudsbury Golf Club and Hotel is very popular. Despite living in one of the most stunning places in the UK, the area is a significant business hub with the headquarters of JP Morgan, Vitality, LV, Sunseeker Marine, Barclays International, the RNLI and Merlin Entertainments all in the conurbation.
