Over 2 decades ago I came across this property and had to have it. From the location, being secure on the first floor and with the added bonus of parking and a garage too. Over the years I have lived here I have updated and made it my own.

I also extended the lease last year by adding 100 years and paid extra to ensure that there was no ground rent.

Now things have changed and with a growing family we are looking to upsize and re-locate. I hope the new owners will have many happy years here.
