Referring to the design and access statement, the build widths are likely to be approximately 10m, depths approximately 8m and ridge heights of approximately 6.5m for the chalets and 8.5m for the houses. Each plot, as per the plan, will have parking space for 2 cars. The block plan shows the access road in and the exisiting parking and garage for No. 57. Detailed designs are to be confirmed and it is indicated that the first floor chalet windows (Plots 3 & 4) will be facing the center of the development to prevent overlooking the existing neighbours to the west.

Access to the site will be via the exisiting access road which is shared with the neighbouring dwellings No.57 and No. 61. The first 15m of the access road will be approximately 5m wide, after that it will be 4.5m wide.

Terrington St Clement has a selection of shops and services, including two doctors' surgeries, public houses, garage and a well known church. The schools cover from nursery age through to high school. Sixth form colleges are available in the town of King's Lynn, which is approximately 7 miles to the east. There is also a regular bus service into King's Lynn where more extensive amenities, including shopping centre and leisure facilities are found.
