I bought this house as I fell in love with the space it offered. It was so much bigger than others I had viewed and although it needed work, I could instantly see how I could make it a home for my family. I was also particularly fond of the location as it's ideally situated for schools and Carshalton station is literally minutes away. Since living here I've completely transformed it with everything having been done. I've put in a new kitchen, two new shower rooms and have redecorated every room. I've done everything to a really high standard from the quality of the flooring to the fittings of the kitchen and shower rooms as I wanted the finish to be just perfect. The location is amazing for families. You can stroll into the village from here or to the ponds to feed the ducks.
