On the park there is a fenced in children's wooden adventure play area, with slide, and two sandpits underneath. A coin operated laundry room, a large picnic and games area, and a cliff top pet walking area with pet waste bin.

It is the closest caravan park to Cromer with excellent transport links with regular trains to the local station and buses that stop right by thegate. It is ideally placed in a central location to allow access to the entire coastline or venture deeper into Norfolk and see the Broads, Wildlife parks or many other great attractions in the Norfolk area.
