The qualities that attracted me to the house were the views, the light and airy feel, the very comfortable open living and bedroom facilities and the overall high build quality. The kitchen has very much been the hub with its generous space and superb views.
Living here has been an absolute joy – which is why I am going to be moving next door! The sunsets are amazing and the house and garden are very private – sitting below the road level also means the light traffic we have here results in zero road noise. I love cycling and exercising outdoors so of course the location is perfect for that – and it’s a quick 3 minute cycle down to the station and the London trains.
Overall the house has been so peaceful to live in. We’ve bats here, owls and buzzards – the garden village is a superb antidote to London working life.
