Our parents loved living here, especially on the sunny days, where they spent most of their time in the peaceful garden. It was great for them to walk to the beach or stroll to the local shops. Minnis Bay is such an amazing location, it has all the feel of a traditional seaside village and yet is unsullied by too much tourism. The bungalow itself couldn't be in a better position, as a family we have spent many happy Summers here with the children playing on the beach while we enjoyed a barbeque and a glass of wine.
I know that the next owners will love the place as much as we have over the years, it is a happy home in an enviable spot with bags of potential.
