A door from the inner hall takes you to the rear garden, a path runs along the rear and side of the home, to save you walking on the grass, there’s a decent area of lawn which is perfectly enclosed by wooden panel fencing, so you can sunbath in peace. A door next to the kitchen door opens into a large outside store room however, you could block this door up and knock through from the downstairs toilet to make a larger downstairs bathroom if you needed – see floor-plans to make more sense – we would advise on getting professional advice if you were to consider doing this!
