DIRECTIONS From the village of Frogmore follow the A379 towards Dartmouth. Just before the left hand bend, on approaching the village of Chillington, the gateway into the field and track giving access to land can be found on the right hand side, adjacent to the access to South West Water Treatment works.  

SITUATION The land is situated on the south west side of the village of Chillington in the South Hams area of South Devon.

The nearest town of Kingsbridge is about 5 miles away and the town of Dartmouth is some 11 miles distant.
