My wife and I have loved living in this home, we bought it from new in 1980 and have enjoyed been part of the fantastic community. The area really is superb, really quiet and the cul-de-sac has lovely neighbours, who I will miss dearly.

There is nothing better than on a day off, taking a short stroll to the harbours edge and then walking to the Langstone pubs in one direction or Emsworth in the other.
The double ended garage had been a real bonus for us as we enjoyed a little sailing and water sports. I will really miss our home but hope that the next owners will love it here as much as we have!
