- Planning Permission Ref.PA17/01327
- Approximate GIA of 2,400sqft
- Approximately 0.40 ha (1.0 acres)
KLP are delighted to offer this fantastic barn conversion opportunity to the market with the benefit of detailed planning permission to create a spacious 4 bedroom detached dwelling with a gross internal floor area of approximately 223m2 (2,400sqft). The proposed plans show the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of the glorious views to the south towards St Austell Bay, and also to allow for access to the living accommodation from the north of the barn which is at a higher level. This barn will have its own vehicular access to the west from the highway and the plot extends to approximately 0.40 hectares (1.0 acres) and includes the disused barn at the southern end of the plot which is currently shown as being demolished on the proposed plans.
Part of the field to the north of the barns is also within our client's ownership and may be available.
Par is a village and fishing port with a harbour and beach on the south coast of Cornwall approximately 3.5 miles east of St Austell. The harbour was developed to serve the copper mines and other mineral sites in and surrounding the Luxulyan valley. China clay later became the dominant traffic as copper working declined and the harbour and the china clay dries remain as distinctive features of the industrial heritage; however, the mineral activity is now much reduced.
