The Vendor's View - The property was very run down and dilapidated when I first saw it but happily I could see past that and could see its potential. There was a fine house in there just waiting to be revealed.

The house has a wealth of original features still intact, which I found very appealing and it’s in a great location. I love the sense of light and space and all the original features.

There is a strong sense of local community on the street itself in Westbrook Gardens. The house is ideally situated, being a short walk from Margate train station and close to local shops and buses. The vibrant Old Town and the wonderful Turner Contemporary Art Gallery are just a short walk away along the beach, together with all the wonderful antique shops, restaurants and artists' studios.
