Having lived in the Borstal area for over 30 years it's been an absolutely fantastic environment to raise my family. This home originally attracted us as it offered plenty of space in a good location.

We have done plenty of work over the years so any buyer can just move straight in. Each room is very light and airy, whether you sit in the lounge where the big bay window gives enough space for a good sized sofa or eat in the dining area which overlooks the landscaped garden.

There's a few additions that have been made that will certainly make a difference to family life, which include the shower room and downstairs cloakroom. These have been invaluable when having children and certainly when guests visit.

We have also created some additional parking at the rear of the home as there is now a garage and a hard standing area that we have used to store a caravan and boat at times.

We also love the views here from the home as you can see towards the river. Its been in our opinion a very ‘happy home' we will certainly be sad to say goodbye. We hope the next owners enjoy the home as much as we have.
