Upon entering Bawdeswell from the Dereham/Swanton Morley direction, proceed to the junction at the main Fakenham to Norwich Road and turn right. Take the left hand turn at the garden centre onto Norwich Road, pass The Street (signposted 'Village Centre') into Reepham Road and proceed along. The property can be found on the right hand side.
