A wider choice of High Street retail, recreational, cultural and leisure facilities can be found in Perth, Dunfermline and Edinburgh.

The local primary school, Portmoak Primary School in Kinneswood, is situated just 1.3 miles away with secondary education accessed at Kinross High
School. There are also a range of private schools available including Dollar Academy to which we understand a bus runs from Scotlandwell, with further options available in Perthshire and
Edinburgh.
