Laid with high quality wood laminate flooring this leads us round to the lounge. Facing the front of the home this is a comfortable and welcoming room large enough to swallow two three seater settees with ease and leave enough space for various other furniture items.

Returning to the hall, opposite the front door is the sun room-dining room-TV room-study-snug whatever, you decide. What is obvious is whatever use you allocate it, it is a light comfy room, made all the more so by the large French doors opening out onto the enclosed rear garden. Next we come to the kitchen-diner. A large and convenient storage cupboard on the landing houses all the oils and balms needed to keep the family youthful looking and opposite here is the smallest of the bedrooms. All too frequently in homes of this type the third bedroom is something of an afterthought with barely enough room to swing a cat. This, although not huge is a very comfortable single room that would, at a pinch take a double bed. Though if this were done, the choice of any additional furniture would be limited to say the least.

Further along the landing is a large walk in cupboard and the second bedroom. This is a fairly large double room, made even more convenient by another walk in cupboard mirroring the one on the landing.

And finally we come to the master bedroom. This is easily big enough to be called luxurious and made to feel even bigger by the mirrored front of the large fitted wardrobe. In the corner of the room is the door though to the en-suite; very neatly arranged and offering a hand basin, lavatory and walk in shower cubicle with electric shower fitted.
