I really wanted a nice and quiet location whilst not being too far from the town centre, as I like to walk to go shopping.Having moved from a large property, still wanted a spacious home. Everything I looked as was either too small or too far away.I had not really considered properties that needed work, but when I saw the size of this property and the fact that it was share of freehold, I arranged to view it.As soon as I saw the balcony overlooking the communal gardens I knew that it was for me. I have recently spent time completely re-decorating, and hope the new buyers will like what I have done.
