Full description

An immaculately stylish, brick-fronted, four bedroom Victorian terrace spread over three floors and located in the heart of our friendly, leafy neighbourhood of Higham Hill. With a capacious skylit lounge/diner and second reception you have a wealth of sociable space, making this the ideal family home.

With excellent schools and a plethora of open green spaces, Higham Hill is one of Walthamstow's most family-friendly areas.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be welcoming family and friends to enjoy all the benefits of the recent refurbishment – impeccably redecorated throughout, the impact is immediate. The 230 square foot lounge/diner features twin skylights, gorgeous exposed brick, original timber floorboards underfoot and tower radiators, while through to the front reception a bay window bathes the room in natural light and an exposed brick chimney place and wood burner make this a welcoming space all year round.

Move into the dual aspect kitchen and you have a box-fresh suite of brand new fitted cabinets. Fuchsia contrasts perfectly with brushed chrome and matching dark grey metro tiles and there's a full complement of new appliances. Through the patio door here and you're in the garden – a mix of patio (ideal for al fresco gatherings), low maintenance lawn and raised beds bursting with shrubs and roses.

Back inside and you'll find two bedrooms on the first floor – a front-facing generous double of 130 square feet with twin windows, plush carpet and built in mirror and glass storage, and a generous single with lush garden view to the rear. Adjacent is the family bathroom, gleaming in mosaic tiles with twin smartly rounded vessel sinks and recessed spot lighting. Up to the top floor and you have another generous single with a treetop vista and a bright white metro-tiled shower room/WC. Here's also where you'll find the beautiful master bedroom – a large 160 square foot space with twin skylights, plush carpet and pristine white walls.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER....
"The house is a great home for growing families in a delightful area. It is walking distance from the local underground station, great access to local amenities, shops, schools, pharmacies, surgeries, places of worship and a local park. The house itself is recently refurbished, with modern fittings and fixtures and served as a terrific first home. My kids loved the decking area at the back, especially when it meant easy access into the kitchen/diner. The decking area, garden and the bi-fold doors leading into the kitchen are a fantastic addition to this modern house. The Lancaster Road neighbourhood is an excellent neighbourhood to live in, as everyone in the road is very friendly and it also benefits from a few street parties too! A one way road system also means that there is less traffic, less noise and parents can let their kids play and bike without the danger of a lot of cars around"
