From the M5 Motorway take the A361 Link Road via Tiverton and South Molton to Barnstaple. Stay on the A361 sign posted Bideford driving across the River Taw, straight over the next roundabout, where the A361 becomes the A39, and up the hill to the Roundswell roundabout. Turn right and cross over two further roundabouts to Cedars roundabout, turn left signposted Fremington. Travel along this road for approx 2 miles and as you approach Fremington Village there is a signpost for “Penhill’ on the right hand side. Take this turning and follow it until you see the signs for ‘West Penhill’ where you will find the Farmhouse situated at the end of its own driveway.
