After a short distance at Tunnaford Cross bear right signposted to Fernworthy Reservoir again and continue along this road taking the next turning on the right signposted for Corndon. After a short distance at Corndon Cross. Proceed straight over to Hurston and after approximately 0.6 of a mile on the left is a granite bridge, this is the lane up to Lingcombe Farm, up the lane on the right is Rosemary Bungalow.
