About the Pitch:
This lodge will be sited on the east-facing Pitch 3 at the Jurassic Retreat development at Larkfield Holiday Park. Included in the price is a PVC Decking supplied by Advanced Decking Solutions. The decking runs along the front of the lodge and has a lockable gate, steps and skirting in Anthracite Grey. The galvanized steel subframe has grey deck board covering it and clears toughened glass panels to form the Balustrade and complete your lodge decking.
The pitch also has its own private brick paved parking space with slabbing to the base of the decking steps. Outside tap and outside electric point come as standard.

The property is for second home/holiday use only and cannot be your main residence. No lettings are permitted.

The property cannot be occupied for a 6 week period between January and February each year. Details of exact dates are published by the park annually.

There is no council tax payable but there is a pitch fee due annually - details of this will be provided by the park when they carry out the purchase agreement and transfer of license agreement. As a guide, the pitch fee for 2019 is £5043.60 including water, rates, and VAT.
