Living Here... - If there is a better place to be than sitting in the garden at Yardarm on a Saturday afternoon, enjoying a glass of Gamma Ray and a spot of brunch whipped up by Kettle & Ryan, then we would love to see it. Then there are all the new businesses opening soon – Louise next door to us with her yoga studio, Tiff and Lucie with their art/gift shop, and of course the new Kettle & Ryan bistro at Yardarm. It’s an area that is constantly re-inventing itself and evolving, which is one of the reasons we love it here, and why we think you will too…

In The Owners Words... - We have loved our years of living in this flat. The only reason we moved out, temporarily rented it and are now selling is because we've had a change in personal circumstances. We couldn't have asked for a better location, the neighbours in the surrounding properties are lovely and there is a real sense of community on the road. It's been a brilliant place to raise our son. The property is directly in between both Dawlish Road Primary and Newport Primary, and Sidmouth Park is a beautiful spot just at the top of the road. The ongoing redevelopment of Francis road is two mins walk away and the cricket ground is just at the bottom of the road so you can easily access the multitude of events and activities that take place there throughout the year. It really is a vibrant, upcoming and friendly place to live with a brilliant mixture of the old Leyton and the new.
