We bought this from new as a holiday/second home and we loved it so much here we have now moved to Havant permanently from Scotland. If it was not for the fact we needed something bigger to live permanently then we would have stayed in this apartment with no hesitation, we absolutely love how quiet, up together and ideal this apartment is.
We have enjoyed having visitors in the open plan living space, there is always a great atmosphere. We use the transport links close by so they are really handy as well. Being very modern and ready to move in to we are hoping the next persons is looking for that easy stress free move. We wish all the best too the new owners
