Looking to escape from the city? then look no further!

Edison Ford are delighted to welcome this beautifully refurbished three bedroom cottage in the desirable location of Parkfield Rank, Pucklechurch. Originally built as an old minors cottage, this property is bursting with historical character and charm.

This Cottage has been substantially extended and boasts a three-story extension to the rear, an extended porch and a dormer extension to the loft conversion. The property has also undergone extensive refurbishment in 2004 with no expense spared and has been finished to a high standard throughout.

Parkfield Rank is a completely unique row of cottages, with some of the most spectacular views that Bristol has to offer. The Rank sits within an elevated position and offers a wonderful family community for the residents. Parkfield has a peaceful rural feel, while still being within easy reach of Bristol, Bath and only a 9-minute drive to the M4 motorway.

Still not convinced? Here's what the owners have to say;-

We have loved every day of our time on Parkfield Rank, it truly is a beautiful place to live. There is such a great community atmosphere, with warm and friendly people, the village has everything you need and annual events like the Revel and Scarecrow hunt are always something to look forward to. There are so many nice walks, to the cafe for brunch, across the field to the pub on a sunny evening, or to one of the many parks with little ones.

The house itself captured our hearts the moment we walked through the door all those years ago, its the perfect combination of contemporary finishes and characterful features, cosy yet filled with light with countryside views from every window. The view is even better on bonfire night or new year's when you can watch fireworks over the whole of Bristol from the bedroom windows. We wake up to the birds singing, enjoying sunrises from the kitchen and watching sunsets from the lounge, on a sunny day the patio is a real sun trap. We will always have a special place in our hearts for this place!
