I have owned my property for many years now and my only reason for a sale is to downsize. I have really liked the property and over the years gone very much enjoyed my sunny garden, its been great to have when family and friends decide to come round.

I like having off road parking and it is a real bonus in the town. The shops and other amenities are all close enough by.
