The planning permission on site 2 (outlined in blue on the layout) is for the redevelopment of two outbuildings to form an additional dwellinghouse and was renewed in June 2016 under reference 16/P/3/0213. The land is also available for sale. There is no planning gain to be paid on site 2.
The Adopted Local Development Plan (LDP) is the Dumfries & Galloway LDP (September 2014) is currently in the process of being replaced by the Council. Consultation on LDP’s Main Issues Report ended in April 2017, with publication of the Proposed Plan due to follow in early 2018.
