Directions
From Newby Bridge proceed along the A590 in a westerly direction. Go past the Steam Railway Station at Haverthwaite and then take the turning on the right signposted to Bouth. At the 'T' junction turn left and follow the road to Bouth village. At The White Hart Inn turn right and follow the road for a quarter of a mile. Where the road bends left continue straight on, signposted Hay Bridge only. Follow the pleasant country lane through open fields for about three quarters of a mile to reach Hay Bridge Nature Reserve, crossing two cattle grids on the way. Turn right into the private track, signposted High Hay Bridge only. Follow the track to the house.

The property is located just over a mile north of the South Lakeland Village of Bouth, within the beautiful Rusland Valley.
