LOCATION
Croxton is a small rural hamlet in between Fulmodeston and Little Snoring, originally believed to be part of the Earl of Leicester's Estate belonging to Lord and Lady Hastings who owned many acres of prime farmland around the village. Close by is the village of Stibbard with its newly built school and the market town of Fakenham is around 6 miles to the west. The fine Georgian town of Holt is just 9 miles to the east. The cathedral city of Norwich is about 20 miles away with its international airport and fast train link to London Liverpool Street. The North Norfolk coast is around 10 miles away.

DIRECTIONS
Leave Holt on the B1110, passing through the villages of Thornage and Briningham. At the next crossroads with the B1354, proceed straight over continuing on the B1110. After around 2 miles turn left signposted 'Fulmodeston 2 miles'. Upon entering Fulmodeston turn left, then immediately right into the Croxton road. Upon leaving the village, the cottage is the last property on the right hand side, identified by the name 'The Cottage' on a wooden five bar gate.
