The Vendor's View - Within a five-minute walk from our home we have access to a wide-variety of amenities including doctors, the station, with regular trains to London, a post office and other shops, making this a very convenient place to live in a peaceful setting. The walk into Whitstable is delightful either along the seafront or up on the Tankerton Slopes, it is a unique and popular small town.

We have plenty of space for entertaining here, there is a welcoming flow between the rooms and they are easy to adapt for any situation. We have a large garden which is lovely and peaceful and we have enjoyed many hours working and resting in it.

The original front end of the house is made up of our breakfast room and a bedroom, which is ideal for a granny-annexe or teenager space. We have access all round from inside to out and the rooms are lovely and light. The generously-sized garage provides us with additional storage space and we have ample parking for when people come to visit.

When it comes to leaving our home we are going to miss the garden and convenience of living here – we will struggle to find another property like this again.
