We bought this house 30 years ago and for us it was all about the location. Having young children, the fact that there was so many excellent schools nearby and also having transport links on our doorstep ensured we benefited from many happy years here.
Also having a drive big enough for two cars and the garden being the perfect size, we knew we had to have it.
We've not left a room unturned over the years. This included us transforming the downstairs bathroom and the garden which turned this property into our perfect family home.
You can see why we have stayed here for so long but having the children flying the nest, we are moving to somewhere a bit more suited to us.
