Arcadia is a most unusual conversion of a pair of High Victorian Gothic cemetery chapels designed by Thomas Talbot Bury, a noted pupil of Pugin, in about 1870. Immediately ahead is the kitchen, which is fitted with a range of wall and floor units with tiled splash backs and worktops over; there is an integrated AEG oven and gas hob with extractor hood over, a stainless steel sink and space for white goods. The fully tiled shower room features mosaic flooring and is fitted with a corner shower cubicle with curved glass screen, WC, wash basin with Art Deco taps set in granite worktop with cupboards beneath concealing an integrated washing machine and a ladder heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 is located at the end of the lobby. The room is open to full height with carved stonework and exposed brickwork, with inspiring stained glass windows on three of the four walls.



The first floor master bedroom is vaulted to full height and features magnificent stained glass windows with a rose window, carved wooden detailing, exposed brickwork. A free standing roll top bath and wash basin are positioned on tiled flooring.



Arcadia is to be found within Charlton cemetery nestling beneath the impressive Dover Castle.
