Full description

39-41 Raeburn Place is a deceptively spacious and immaculately presented three-bedroom semi-detached house situated in the popular market town of Selkirk. Formerly two properties, it has been sympathetically merged into a well-proportioned and attractive home.
Only a short distance from the town centre, it lies approximately seven miles from Tweedbank which is home of the Borders Railway, running to Edinburgh. The A7 road link is also close-by which provides excellent access to Edinburgh, Carlisle and other Border towns.

Internally, the property lies across three levels and comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, an open plan kitchen with dining area off, and a utility room. There is also excellent storage which includes an attic with loft ladder access.

Externally, there is a charming garden to the rear which is a particular feature of this home. With extensive lawn, well stocked borders and a patio area it provides a great space for more informal entertaining and has direct access from the property, as well as down the side from the front. On-street parking is also readily available.
With all amenities close at hand, the property is situated in a very accessible location.
