Directions - From Truro take the A39 southwards towards Falmouth. Drive for about 7 miles to Treluswell Roundabout and continue straight over towards Falmouth. At the next double set of roundabouts take the A39 towards Falmouth. Drive down the hill to the roundabout and take the third exit up the hill towards Mabe. At the crossroads bear left towards Mabe Church and drive out of the village for about 55 yards and take the first on the left towards Trenoweth. Drive up hill for about 500 yards and where the road bears to the right, the gateway entrance to Trenoweth Barn will be seen to the front.

Services - Water: It is believed that there is a mains water supply in the road adjacent to the entrance gate the availability for connection thereto has not been checked with South West Water Plc.
 
Electricity: There is mains electricity in the vicinity.
 
Drainage: Private drainage systems will be necessary and these will be contained within the boundary of the property.

Ancient Monument - Within a boundary hedge there is a scheduled ancient monument known as the Goose House.
