Tenure: Freehold

This lovely detached home in the heart of Lovedean has so much to offer. When you pull up to the property for the first time, you’re first impression will be that this is such a pretty house. The good news is that the home doesn’t disappoint when you go inside.

The entrance hall is incredibly welcoming and slightly wider than the average. Your first port of call is the lounge which is generous in size and offers enough space for a growing family or a couple who regularly entertain.

The kitchen, complete with integral dishwasher and fridge, is a lovely size having been extended over time and is partially open to the dining area. Upstairs you’ll find three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom whilst the downstairs cloakroom helps if you have a family getting ready for school and work in the morning.

The driveway is a lovely size offering plenty of space for family cars and you also have the added benefit of a garage with electric door for additional storage. The rear garden can be accessed from the side of the property and is very much in keeping with the size of the house.

The location is incredibly popular and many families move within the area. You have some pleasant walks close by if you want to feel like you live in the heart of the country. This is a superb family home and one that offers everything you’ll be looking for and more.

What the Owner says:

We have enjoyed many happy years here and have loved the location. It’s so quiet yet you still have fantastic links to everywhere you may need to get to.

The open plan living at the back is great and when the weather is nice, it’s lovely having the back door open, it’s a really sociable house.

The only reason for the move is to move out of the area to be closer to family but we take some fantastic memories with us after such a happy time here.
