LOCATION Riverside Farm is located off the A382. It is just under two miles to the picturesque village of Lustleigh and just over two and a half miles to Moretonhampstead. The small moorland town of Bovey Tracey with its range of shops and local amenities is around 5 miles away. Exeter is accessible in under 15 miles, or if you prefer more of a main road route it's around 20 miles.
