Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Don’t be fooled by the cute cottage look from the outside because as soon as you step into the house, you will see that is has plenty of space to offer. Perfect for families wanting to be in a convenient location for commuting to work and access to shops or the town. With a fantastic rear garden and off road parking it certainly ticks the must haves when it comes to family homes. Two spacious reception rooms and a kitchen that is plenty big enough to cater for all. Even the washing up will be fun as you get to look out to the lovely rear garden.

On the first floor there are two fantastic bedrooms that are both similar in size, so no arguing over who gets the bigger bedroom from the children. The family bathroom is in fantastic condition and the modern suite does compliment the property well.

Up to the second floor the loft has been transformed into an excellent room that the current owners use as a bedroom. Unlike most loft conversions, you aren’t limited with head height with this one. You can easily manoeuvre around and use the whole room.

Outside there is off road parking for a couple of cars and a spectacular sized rear garden that the kids will love playing in.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for just over 20 years and it's been a great house to bring up a family in.
It's an old house built in 1854, full of character and has a real homely feel to it.
The garden is large with fruit trees, including Apple, Pear, Cherry and Fig. It's a great garden for children to play in and perfect to invite family and friends round for a bbq.
It's a convenient location, close to schools, bus routes and shops.
I have been lucky to have good neighbours. It will be sad to leave here, but it's time to downsize and let another family live here.
