From The Seller - When we moved to Chipstead and bought this house from new, we didn’t expect to fall quite so in love with the area. Commuting into London has been ideal, Chipstead Station is a 7 minute stroll away and with direct trains to both London Bridge and London Victoria, the journey from the front door to London takes under an hour. It also helps that on cold days the lovely man at the station has been known to offer out hot drinks and good conversation!

We love visiting the butchers on Chipstead Parade who’s meat never lets us down, and the personal touches we get from the wine shop, corner shop, barbers and veterinary practice all within a 5 minute walk. Banstead Village with its many fabulous restaurants, cafes and shops is a 5 minute drive away. We love the village life!

It’s the incredible walks and sights which we love most. Banstead woods is a short stroll away and is perfect for a picnic in the summer amongst the bluebells. Our favourite walk is that to the Ramblers Rest family pub where we enjoy food and drinks all year round!

This house is the first modern house we’ve lived in and it certainly hasn’t disappointed. The finishes are exquisite and the design has been perfect for us, with the bi-folding doors in the kitchen opening up onto a large patio, which becomes a well used extension to the living space of the house during the summer months.
