My parents lived in this property for over 30 years and thoroughly enjoyed their time here bringing up the family until we all left home. The time has come to sell our childhood home in the hope another family can get as much enjoyment out of it as we have over the years. In recent times the rear lobby and store was converted into a wet room to help with mum and dad's mobility. The house has good sized gardens and at the front we think there is plenty enough room to have a driveway put in for a couple of cars. Several of the houses in the street have done it and it could be quite a straight forward job. With the schools so close it is great for families and I hope whoever buys the house will live here as long as mum and dad did.
