Please Note: - The vendors intend to continue living in Somers Croft and will impose the following conditions to protect their amenities and views:
- No alterations to the approved plans to be made without the consent of the owners of Somers Croft.
- The blue cedar tree adjacent to Somers Road at the entrance to the plot is not to be felled. Any lopping or trimming have to be agreed to by the owners of Somers Croft.
- Purchasers to erect boundary fences along the boundaries with the retained house (Somers Croft). The specifications for fences and gates to be agreed with the owners of Somers Croft. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of erecting said fences.
- No buildings to be erected on the plot nor any shrubs/trees to be allowed to grow any higher than 2 metres (to protect the sea views from Somers Croft and neighbouring properties). No buildings to be constructed in the garden land adjacent to the driveway without the consent of the owners of Somers Croft.
- Chickens and rabbits will not be permitted.
- No vehicles to park in the driveway. Parking to be restricted to the parking area immediately in front of the house.
