I moved here 16 years ago and it was the location and transport links that sold it to me. You literally couldn't ask for more with the 93 bus route at the end of the road to Morden and the Northern Line underground to central London. You can also get to Putney Bridge, Kingston and Heathrow really easily too so it has been a superb house for being able to get anywhere and everywhere. Another huge selling point is the schools on the doorstep. Cheam Park Primary and Cheam Park Juniors just round the corner. Since living here, I have replaced the boiler, added the porch and created the driveway. I also had the garden paved. After many happy years here, it is now time for me to relocate to Kent but I will really miss the convenience of living somewhere so ideal.
