Full description

Tenure: Freehold

A 3 bedroom end of terrace house which is ready to move in to as there is no work to do here. It is a great location and convenient for the High Street shops being only a short walk away. Here you will find big brand names such as New Look, Boots and Iceland as well as local butchers and fruit and veg shops.

At the weekends why not take a leisurely stroll to the beach. If you have children or a dog they are going to love it here. Imagine relaxing on the beach whilst the children splash around in the sea whilst you top up your tan or there is the canal merely a brisk walk away.

When you have built up a bit of an appetite with all the fresh sea air, the High Street has an abundance of cafes and pubs including Wetherspoons where you can get a nice chilled pint and tasty meal at a great price. There area also plenty of takeaway outlets if you fancy getting out of the cooking once in a while.

When you are back indoors, put your feet up and relax in the lounge area whilst watching TV or cook up some culinary delights in the kitchen and eat together in the separate dining area.

You will love the garden here as it is a nice size and is sure to be a hit with the children and adults alike. It is a great space for a barbecue in the summer months. Why not invite your new neighbours round or just your friends and cook up some sizzling sausages and enjoy the sunshine.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for just over 33 years, we bought this house as we liked the size of the rooms and as the family grew there was always space for us.

Since living here we have put in the double glazing and in the past 5 years we have had a new kitchen with solid oak doors. The central heating was fitted last year with a new combi boiler, pipe work and radiators.

This has been a lovely family home and has served me very well.  The area is very nice as well  and all the local shops and supermarkets are not far away.
I know I will miss this house but now with the children all gone the house is just to big so it is time to move on.
