Location - The land is located only 2 miles from the city of Bangor, 1 mile or so from the A55 Expressway and 7 miles or thereabouts from the town of Caernarfon.

Directions - After crossing the Menai Suspension Bridge from the direction of Menai Bridge take the second exit off the roundabout signposted Caernarfon / Holyhead / Conwy / Betws y Coed and Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital. Thereafter travel for 0.2 of a mile before taking the left hand turning where there is an Except for Access sign in the grass verge area. Travel uphill for 0.1 of a mile before taking the first available right hand turning. From that turning the access to the land will be identified within 0.1 of a mile on the right hand side.
