Description

Beautifully renovated and vastly extended with attention to detail, this home is likely to impress. From the substantial oak storm porch to the feature curved wall in the entrance hallway, you know that a lot of time and effort had been put into the property and this is evident throughout. The open plan living space offers defined areas to combine the kitchen, dining area and lounge. You can open up the bi-fold doors leading out to the extensive Mediterranean style patio where you can catch up with friends. Enjoy sitting round the fire pit overlooking the delightful garden that backs onto private woodland. Away from the living space, you will find a utility/cloakroom where you can keep those noisy white goods out of sight.

The large and impressive private garden has been landscaped to provide a choice of seating areas with attractive raised shrubberies and there is a large lawn for the children/grandchildren to be able to run around.

The main bedroom has a stunning en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy a long soak in the bath whilst taking in the views over the garden and woodland beyond. With bi-fold doors from the 3rd bedroom leading on out to the patio, the room could also make a delightful study or snug.

The property has plenty of off road parking as well as a tandem garage which could be ideal for anyone wanting a workshop as well as being able to house the car.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this home, it was one large bungalow and sitting on a good size plot, we thought it would be ideal to extend and convert into 2 properties so that I could live next door to my parents.

We have only just completed the renovation and extension of the property. Including landscaping of the garden. The bungalow has had a full rewire and has been completely remodelled to make best use of the space and provide a workable layout that could be ideal for a family as well as a couple.

We are able to sell with no onward chain so we can look to complete as soon as the conveyancing is done.
