We knew more neighbours after two weeks here, than two years at our previous address. For foodies, the best restaurants of Walthamstow or Clapton are within easy reach and more are opening all the time. Our absolute favourite thing about this flat though, is the acres of green space right on the doorstep. St James Park gives the flat a lovely aspect all year round and is the perfect place to lounge away a lazy summer afternoon. Beyond there, many weekends have been spent wandering through the wetlands for a riverside brunch, or exploring the pubs of Epping Forest on bike."
