Homes Partnership is delighted to offer for sale this three bedroom end of terrace house located in residential neighbourhood of West Green, convenient for Crawley town centre. In our opinion the property is very well presented throughout by the current owners and the ground floor accommodation comprises an entrance hall, lounge to the front and a dual aspect refitted kitchen / diner measuring 20' in length with French doors opening to the rear garden and a door opening to the side aspect. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a four piece suite. The property benefits from double glazing throughout and heating by gas to a system of hot water radiators. Outside the front has been block paved providing off road parking for up to four vehicles. The rear garden has a paved patio area adjacent to the property, the remainder being laid to lawn with flower beds. There is an outside WC, making the garden a great space for entertaining family and friends with summer barbeques! Located just 0.9 miles from Crawley train station and town centre, this would be a great family home and we would urge an early viewing before this property gets snapped up!
