General Information: - "The Manor" is situated on the edge of the village of Kirby Bellars, some 14 miles north-east of Leicester and 2.5 miles south of Melton Mowbray.

Kirby Bellars is a village and civil parish near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, England. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 369. The village is recorded in the Domesday Book under the name of Chirchebi.

The ancient Church of England parish church, dedicated to Saint Peter, is built of ironstone and has a tall spire. It is now a Grade I Listed building.

Kirby Bellars benefits from its location at the heart of the East Midlands transport network on the A607 which provides access via the A46 to the A1 in the north and junction 21A of the M1 to the south-west.
