I have owned the property for over two years now and have enjoyed every minute. Unfortunately due to relocating I have had to put it on the market. When I was originally looking to buy, 53 Redwing stood out due to its sheer size, top floor aspect and location. My partner and I both work in central London so having the train station so close is really handy and makes the commute easy. The property overlooks the park, small woods and River Thames making the balcony a perfect spot to relax in the summer, especially we get the sun from early afternoon until sunset. We have recently had the flat fully decorated with two brand new bathroom suites and new flooring throughout. I will sorely miss living in this flat and in Greenhithe.
