From the A631 Bawtry to Gainsborough road at the western
Beckingham roundabout take the A161 towards Walkeringham. On

having direct frontage to the adopted highway of Station Road,
approximately 3.19 acres (1.29ha) STMS with Outline Planning
Permission for residential development. Adjoining land to south,

calculated at this time.
